Onlangs zijn de tarieven van de diensten bij het Managementinstituut voor Grondregistratie en Land Informatie Systeem (MI-GLIS), met toestemming van de Raad van Toezicht (RvT) van het MI-GLIS, aangepast. De RvT mag de tarieven tot maximaal 20 procent aanpassen. Vanwege de stijging van de koers van de US-dollar, had het instituut geen andere keus, dan de tarieven te\u00a0 verhogen.<\/p>\n

Volgens de directeur van het MI-GLIS, Glenda Heikerk, was de aanpassing noodzakelijk om het instituut draaiende te houden. De tarieven zullen per 1 april 2021, met 20 procent verhoogd worden.<\/p>\n

\u201cDe tarieven zijn sinds 2016 niet aangepast. Hierdoor waren de prijzen die gehanteerd werden door de stijging van de koers, niet meer rendabel om het instituut draaiende te houden\u201d, aldus Heikerk tegenover de krant. De aanpassing zal volgens Heikerk, geen nadelige gevolgen hebben voor de samenleving en ook niet voor het MI-GLIS. \u201cDe tarieven mogen geen obstakel zijn, omdat alle kosten van instituut hiermee gedekt dienen te worden.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
